Major Specialization: Why I Chose Finance

Choosing a specialization is one of the most exciting decisions during institute life, and for me, Finance felt like the perfect fit. After thoughtful exploration, I realized that Finance wasn’t just about working with numbers, it was about understanding the flow of money within businesses and economies. I’ve always been curious about how money works in the business world, and Finance gave me the perfect opportunity to explore it further.

My Interest in Numbers and Math
From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by numbers. Whether it was solving math problems or analyzing patterns in data, I have always had a deep interest in logic and structures. Finance offers the perfect mix of math and the real world, where numbers aren’t just calculated figures on a page, they tell a story about businesses, markets, and even entire economies.

Why I Chose Finance
I’ve always been interested in the business world, and Finance is the backbone of every decision companies make. What excites me about Finance is how it allows you to analyze and make informed decisions based on numbers and data, rather than just guessing. It offers endless opportunities for growth and impact, from improving a company’s financial health to investment banking. I look forward to the journey ahead, knowing Finance will offer both challenges and rewards.
